EMAX Mini Magnum 2.5 – F4 BLHELI32 35amp 6S
UPDATE: 2.5 has additional UART pads for different setups of receiver or third party applications that require additional Uart.
The EMAX Mini Magnum 2 is what ultralight race quad builders have been waiting for. It an true AIO built in F4 flight controller, OSD, VTX with TBS Smart Audio, 35A 4in1 esc that can take up to 6s all in a neat 20x20mm package.
The EMAX Mini Magnum 2 uses an F4 STM32F405 processor and MPU6000 accelerometer/gyro. It even has built in BetaFlightOSD so you can adjust your PIDS and change your VTX band/channel/power without even touching the quad. It’s even got a built in buzzer and two RGB programmable LEDs via BetaFlight. There are two dedicated PPM/SBUS receiver inputs for FrSky and Spektrum.
The EMAX Mini Magnum 2 is the only 20x20mm ESC that I know of that’s rated for up to 6s at 35A continuous and 40A max burst. Although they recommend 1700KV max for 6s. That’s still plenty for an ultralight 20x20mm frame. It runs on BLHeli32 firmware that supports up to Dshot1200.
The EMAX Mini Magnum 2 comes already assembled. All you have to do is solder on the motors, battery cable, camera cable and an rx like the FrSky XM+ and you’re ready to rip.
It’s the perfect stack to build a 6s Neutron
