Product Description

All in one Lumenier QAV-R Build Kit

custom qav-r

This is a true all-in-one kit.  Not only does it include all the hardware needed, it includes the backup files for the Taranis (switches, audio alerts, switches and all other settings) and BetaFlight program files.  All you have to do is plug it in, restore the backup file and you’re done with programming*.  Bam, that’s it!

The ESCs and accelerometer will still need to be calibrated in cleanflight.  It’s easy to do.

Take the confusion and headaches out of messing with software and programming.

This Kit needs an Receiver

Please note, due to the amount of inquiries to swap or leave out the receiver, this kit doesn’t include a receiver anymore.  You’ll need to add a receiver such as the FrSky D4R-ii,  X4R-SB or XSR.

This kit is awesome for a first time builder! Combine it with a receiver, props, a transmitter, some FPV goggles, and batteries and you have literally everything you need. Make sure you watch the videos, especially the build video, so you know what you’re getting into.

The kit costs the same as buying everything separately, but you get little extras like the wire cutting cheat sheet and connectors that you’d never think to buy on your first build. Knowing that I wasn’t going to get stuck waiting for some 25 cent part was nice.

I’m using 5×4.5 tri-blade props and 1350 mAh 3S batteries. I get 5 minutes of flight time (which is about as long as I can hold my concentration). I spent many hours playing FPV Freerider with my Taranis to practice up. This QAV-R is easy to handle and I can tell that there is power to spare for when I get a little more brave.
